The Finance Ministry said the demand was almost three times the amount of the initial offering, which was at PEN120 million.
The ministry said it reopened its 2023 bond, which has an annual coupon of 5.2%.
The ministry said the debt placement shows strong demand among investors for low-risk sovereign debt, Dow Jones Newswires reported.
Peru's economy is expected to grow by about 6% this year, after expanding by 6.92% in 2011.
