The agreement was reached during the visit of Beraun to Turkey, which aimed to foster closer relationship with this country, as part of Peru's foreign policy actions.
Beraun also met with heads of the two most important business associations: Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEIK) and Confederation of Businessmen and Industrialists of Turkey (TUKSON).
At the meetings the authorities focused on mechanisms to increase economic and trade exchanges between Peru and Turkey, and discussed measures to promote Turkish investment in Peru and boost Peruvian exports to Turkey.
Moreover, he held meetings in Ankara with Turkey's Deputy Foreign Minister, Feridun Sinirlioglu, Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade, Ahmet Yakici and other authorities to enhance the bilateral political-diplomatic dialogue.
