Roncagliolo noted that President Humala invited UNASUR member countries to attend an emergency meeting to address Paraguay's situation, and "take measures carefully."
"We believe that what happened in Paraguay is very worrying in terms of democracy in the Americas," the Peruvian foreign minister said.
Roncagliolo added that this week the summit of Heads of States might be held in Lima as President Humala has stated.
He also said that Peru does not approve the administration of Federico Franco, who took office after the dismissal of Fernando Lugo and this will depend on the analysis of Peru's Foreign Ministry and the measures to be taken in the summit.
