The event, which will take place from August 31 to September 2, will feature several activities related to adventure, rural, and experienced-based tourism.
The municipality of Huayllay is organizing the XVI Rural Tour in Canchacucho town as well as hiking, rock climbing, Andean rodeo, mountain biking and a marathon of 22 kilometers.
The activities also include an offering ceremony to the Pachamama or Mother Earth, food-tasting and a music festival.
The event seeks to promote tourism in Huayllay stone forests, located over 4,000 meters high in Pasco.
